Taking bike mechanic courses in 2000 was the beginning of the education process and it has been on-going and continued with a trip to the US to study one on one with a Master Wheel Builder. In the years between I have built mountain bikes from the frame up to suite the body type, terrain type and budget of the rider. Bicycle repairs, fork rebuilds, drive train upgrades have lead to a very rewarding and loyal client base.
The last two plus years during the Pandemic has been extremely busy in the shop with the influx of new riders and experienced riders just getting out more. Bike components and frames have evolved dramatically as well over the past few years. While a challenge at times with proprietary changes, I have kept abreast of the changes and have constantly been exposed to work on the old and new technology with the same passion.
